CÉSAR HERNÁNDEZ AGUAYO

César is a postdoctoral fellow studying climate variability and its financial effects. He earned a PhD in Physics from the University of Durham and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics in Garching, Germany.
